Project Background
This project involved supporting a hybrid executive meeting for Bank Mandiri’s Directorate of Internal Audit. As part of the Rely Studio vendor team, I was responsible for ensuring a stable and secure hybrid broadcast setup that connected onsite participants at the physical venue with remote attendees through a controlled Zoom environment.

Managing hybrid broadcast operations for an executive‑level internal meeting
Operating ATEM Switcher for multi‑source visual management
Handling OBS Studio as the main encoding and monitoring hub
Integrating wireless camera systems for flexible venue coverage
Ensuring stable two‑way communication between onsite and remote participants
Maintaining confidentiality and technical reliability throughout the session

Solution
Implemented a dedicated high‑speed network with fallback routing, optimized OBS encoding settings, and used wireless video systems to maintain flexible camera movement without compromising signal stability.
Final Impact
The hybrid meeting was executed smoothly with zero interruptions, enabling clear and secure communication across all participants. This project demonstrates my capability to operate within sensitive corporate environments that require high technical precision, reliability, and strict confidentiality standards.
